About The Game

The game The Pillars of the Earth, based on Ken Follett’s world bestseller “The Pillars of the Earth”, retells the history of the town of Kingsbridge in a new, interactive style. Play as Jack, Aliena and Philip and change the events described in the book through dialogue, research and decisions.

England, XII century. Despite the war and dire poverty, construction of a cathedral begins in a small town with the aim of giving people security and livelihoods. In struggle and adversity, lives and destinies are dramatically intertwined. The monk Philip becomes Prior of the small Kingsbridge Monastery. At the same time, somewhere in the forest, a boy named Jack lives with his hermit mother. He becomes a bricklayer apprentice and gradually grows into a gifted master builder.
