About The Game
Railway Empire is an economic strategy in which you will create a network of railways, manage and ensure its smooth and profitable work.
United States of America, 1830. The New World is flourishing – the industry is rapidly developing, the struggle for control over cargo transportation is escalating. It’s time to build the largest railroad empire in all of North America.
As a wise and experienced leader, you will have to beat all the competition in order to lead your company to success in the coming 20th century. Over 40 different types of trains, recreated with high fidelity, are at your disposal. Of course, railway arteries cannot do without train stations and stations, depots and factories, as well as various attractions that attract tourists. In general, without everything that will allow you to leave your competitors far behind. But all this will not work effectively without the attendants that you will have to hire. And so that you have absolutely no time to be bored, the game has more than 300 different technologies and innovations – from technical improvements to the latest locomotives and infrastructure elements. You have as many as 5 technological eras ahead of you. It should be remembered that effective management and constant innovation alone are unlikely to ensure the cloudless existence and prosperity of the company. Opponents do not sit idly by, and there may be as many as three of them, and they will do everything to prevent you. A tough fight awaits you, you may have to resort to dirty tricks – to arrange raids, engage in sabotage or industrial espionage. that effective management and constant innovation alone are unlikely to ensure the cloudless existence and prosperity of the company. Crossing the Andes is set in the resource-rich South America of the early 20th century. The Andes Railroad is a tidbit for investors, but merciless mountains and jungles will stand in your way.
