Mount Massive Asylum is located in the distant mountains of Colorado, and its walls hide horrors. This long-abandoned mental institution recently reopened under the auspices of the Murkoff International Corporation Research Department’s charity, but was closed to outsiders … until you came.
Following a tip from an anonymous well-wisher, freelance journalist Miles Upshour infiltrates the facility and discovers something incredible. His discovery threatens to erase the line between religion and science, nature and something that cannot be comprehended by the human mind. Now he must flee, and his only hope of salvation is to reach the terrible truth in the heart of Mount Massive Asylum.

About the Whistleblower (DLC) : Whistleblower begins the story that led to Outlast and also reveals what happened after the main game ended, being the true final chapter in the history of Mount Massive Asylum. Outlast: Whistleblower tells the story of Waylon Park, a programmer working for Murkoff, who sent emails to journalists around the world, including Miles Upshur, the protagonist of the original Outlast.
You will see Waylon a couple of weeks after he started work at Mount Massif. All this time, he could not contact his wife and son due to the strict regime in the company. Having lost confidence in scientists and doctors who care only for profit, and whose decisions lead to dangerous and irresponsible experiments on patients, Waylon decides to reveal all the dirty secrets of Mount Massive.

How to Download & Install Linux Game Outlast

Click the Download link below and you should already have installed a download client on your system..
Notification will pop and say “that our site wants to open this application”. Click the button to open the client to let the download begin and wait for it to finish.
Once Game Outlast for linux is done downloading, Extract (Unzip) “*******.tar.gz” -if you encounter this file- (To do this you must know how extract .tar.gz Files using Linux Command Line here).
Right click the ./start.sh, select “Properties”, go to the “Permissions” tab, mark the file as executable. Then just treat it more or less like one of those Setup.exe’s on Windows. Double-click it to run it.
